We currently have an engaging newly created opportunity for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our growing and developing Supply Chain and Procurement team based in our state of the art Adelaide CBD headquarters.

About the Role

The Supply Chain Administrator will provide administrative support to the Land Supply Chain team to ensure the highest possible levels of integrity and service are provided to our customers. Ensure all data and information is recorded promptly and accurately in our databases and systems to support the integrity of our supplier master data and due diligence.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

  • End to end management of the supplier due diligence process.

  • Preparation of company reports and documentation

  • Maintain integrity of documentation produced

  • Ensure appropriate registers of documents and correspondence are maintained

  • Reviewing and preparing terms and conditions for review where required

  • Other project and administrative duties as requested commensurate with the position.

  • End to end supplier creation in the ERP system.

  • Undertake all specified administration tasks and ensure the integrity of the information and data we record, use and publish is accurate.

  • Ensure that all communication is handled promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with the Goods Receipt process in to the ERP system.

  • Process purchase orders and invoices when required.

  • Processing incoming and outgoing communication as required.

  • Compiling accurate internal and external reports as required.

  • Drafting process flows as required by the land team.

  • Assisting with travel booking requirements for the land team when required

 

About You

Babcock are seeking an experienced and energetic Supply Chain/Procurement Administrator who is looking to grow and develop within an engaging and dynamic technical environment. You will be a confident team player that enjoys working within a team environment but can also work autonomously when required. Additionally you will have exceptional time management and administrative experience coupled with an ability to prioritise, plan and organise your work load and timeframes with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have high level computer skills and have a proven ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes quickly
