About our role - Operations Project Lead
Reporting to the Program Manager this position will drive leadership and change management to deliver project goals and a shared team purpose. Additionally it will responsible for delivering business results driven by Internal & External strategic engagement focusing on the overall end to end project requirements.
The key accountabilities for this position will include but not be limited to:
Manage all aspects of the projects to ensure timely completion of all activities to meet all contracts requirements with allocated budgets.
Provide leadership of program activities to support meeting and technical requirements
Plan, Schedule and co-ordinate all contract activities
Preparation of resourcing schedules and forecasts to meet project time and cost requirements/constraints
Point of contact with the customers, reporting on progress, any issues, organising payments and negotiating and variants
Maintain expenditure (labour, materials, expenses) with in project estimates
This role will align with a suitably qualified Operations Project Lead that has demonstrable experience in a complex engineering or defence environment and has align project financial reporting understanding. You will be a confident team player and possess exceptional leadership, time management and organisational skills coupled with an ability toprioritise, plan and organise yourworkload with a strong attention to detail. In order to be successful within this position you will require an ability to communicate and foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and with teams across all levels of the business.
