About the opportunity
Based in Adelaide, SA and reporting to Asset Manager, we have an opportunity for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join the Asset Management Services team.
You will provide administrative commercial and contracts support to the Asset Manager and Management Services team.
Regular interstate travel will be required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a project administration role in a commercial or contracts environment
- Highly developed communication skills with the confidence to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Strong written communication skills
- The ability to analyse, report and provide recommendations on complex commercial issues
- Advanced computer literacy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- The ability to collate and prepare confidential reports
- An understanding of end to end contract management
Whilst not essential, experience in a similar role within the Defence industry will be highly regarded.
Being team focused, you are collaborative and communicative; you are resilient and remain calm under pressure. Being agile in approach, you adapt well to changing work place demands.
Defence security clearance is required for this role and applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain a defence security clearance.
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable and as such, your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
