About our role – Business Analyst Marine

Primary focus is to design and implement business, process and technology solutions by determining functional requirements aligned to the Marine strategy. Communication and Integration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure outcomes are delivered.

The key accountabilities for this position will include but not be limited to:

  • Liaise with business managers and employees to analyse, document and improve business processes for change activities

  • Facilitate and deliver workflow analysis, process mapping, business requirement gatherings, solution outlines, functional specification to support business needs

  • Produce business process updates and training material for change implementations.

  • Prepare business cases to support change/improvement initiatives as required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of ISO9001 requirements

About You

This role will align with a suitably qualified Operations Project Lead that has demonstrable experience in a complex engineering or defence environment. You will be a confident team player and possess exceptional leadership, time management and organisational skills coupled with an ability toprioritise, plan and organise yourworkload with a strong attention to detail. In order to be successful within this position you will require an ability to communicate and foster relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and with teams across all levels of the business.
