We currently have a full time permanent opportunity for an experienced and professional Accounts Payable Officer to join our high performing Finance team based in our state-of-the-art Australasian headquarters in the Adelaide CBD.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Coordinator, the Accounts Payable Officer will be responsible for supporting the functions day to day operations and also be actively involved in continual improvement of the accounts payable process.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Entry and management of accounts payable invoices;
Reconciliation of supplier statements;
Management of outstanding invoices;
Management of weekly supplier payments; and
Adhoc finance function duties as required.
This role will align with an experienced Accounts Payable Officer that has tertiary qualifications and a proven track record of delivery within a complex business environment. You will be a dependable professional that has excellent interpersonal skills and a strong financial system and process understanding. Additionally you will be a confident team player that has a passion for identifying opportunities, driving change and enjoys working within a team environment but can also work autonomously as required. You will have exceptional time management and organisational experience coupled with an ability to prioritise, plan and organise your work load and timeframes with a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have high level ERP & computer skills and have a proven ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes quickly.
