Training and Project Support Coordinator

We currently have an exciting flexible/part-time permanent opportunity for an experienced and professional Training and Project Support Coordinator to join our high performing Land team. This position will be based in our state-of-the-art Australasian headquarters in the Adelaide CBD and will be responsible for all of South Australian Operations.

About the Role

The position of Training and Project Support Coordinator will be responsible for delivering optimal training support and coordination to the Babcock Training Academy (BTA) and associated project support across the greater Land Division. Additionally it will be responsible for the coordination of internal and external communications of all day to day activities relating to training services and activities

The areas of responsibility will include but not be limited to:

  • Course and contract coordination

  • Student / customer liaison

  • BTA website monitoring

  • BTA and related project SharePoint site management

  • Course registration, purchase order and invoice management

  • Internal ERP systems management and reporting

  • Creation of training and course marketing material

  • Development and distribution of BTA digital newsletters

  • Contribute to Business Management System and process improvement

  • Business Development support.

  • Travel coordination for training requirements

About You

The successful candidate will be a service driven, professional and confident team player who considers going above and beyond to be the rule rather than the exception. You will have a strong attention to detail approach and previous experience in a similar role within a training environment.  Additionally you will have exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to efficiently prioritise, plan and organise your work load.. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate, collaborate and influence on all levels of the business and across internal and external stakeholders, is considered essential in order to be successful in this position. The successful candidate will be proficient in MS Office skills and have a proven ability to adapt and learn new systems and processes.
