Naval Ship Management (NSM) is a Joint Venture between Babcock and UGL and currently has an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced Commercial Administrator to join the NSM based in Rockingham, Western Australia.
About the Role
The Commercial Administrator has a key role in delivering contract management for the Warship Asset Management Alliance (WAMA). Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the Contracts Administrator will:
Prepare and review proposals and variations to the contract.
Prepare, review, and issue Tasking Statements (which enable work to proceed under the WAMA).
Provide contractual guidance to stakeholders.
Track and report on variations and Tasking Statements.
Support the Commercial Manager, provide reporting and carry out general contract administration duties.
Approximately 3-5 years’ experience in contract administration (either procurement or supply)
Excellent attention to detail, and advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders at all levels
Ability to prioritise and manage workload in a fluid and dynamic environment
